Joyful Wedding

This weekend we had the rare privilege of participating in the wedding of Suzie’s Mom Eunice and her partner Pam. Thanks to the kind and forward thinking folks of the state of Iowa, we gathered with the friends, relatives and well-wishers to witness a new chapter in their relationship. How fun: a chance to celebrate the wedding of a couple who has already been together for over 15 years!

Maddie was the flower girl and Jacob was in charge of the rings–both of them got fancy outfits and stayed up late dancing and having fun. The whole family got into the act: greeting, reading, playing flute, giving toasts, dancing, having fun…it was group effort. But at the center of it all were Eunice and Pam who were beaming with pride and joy.
